An overseas aviation communication buyer approached TXNMETALS CO., LTD. demanding high-volume manufacturing of custom brass connector terminals. The blueprints mandated strict cylindrical tolerance limits of ±0.005mm and highly uniform surface electroplating finishing to maintain conductivity under extreme atmospheric stress.

Technical Solution & Production

Using our state-of-the-art Daqiuzhuang CNC factory assets, we deployed advanced Swiss-type automatic lathes. By combining high-speed turning tools with optimized cooling, we avoided thermal distortion. We processed the raw C36000 Brass blocks natively, followed by integrated multi-bath nickel-gold plating to protect the aerospace hardware components.

Ultimate Quality Verification

Each shipment underwent 100% inspection using CMM coordinate mapping. The average Salt Spray test durability successfully exceeded 120 continuous hours, establishing a highly reliable partnership in precision turned parts supply chains.
